You guys say it like he appeared in every single arc, Sister arc he had to appear since he was important to the plot and in Daihaseisai railgun side he was there as support for Mizaki (heck we didn't even see his fight that much only glimpses and the ending), so he had a part in it and helped save Mikoto big deal, it's not like he went in there and stopped everything by himself and made everyone else look useless, dome of the complaints are just ridiculous.
