Been so long, don't remember. But looking at her bio on the site, says she is Student Council President. But I don't remember if that's ever been updated or if it said that from the start.
And as for the girl romance, considering that this series comes from a magazine that focuses on "waifu games", I doubt they'd throw a male romantic interest in. I'd hate to see those readers' reaction to their girls being taken.
Another note on character progression this season, I like that they're explaining the formation of their subgroups.
