this thread. From a practical perspective, there is little change for Index or Railgun, except that the other forums are linked via announcement rather than being inside the other. It means that we can create sub-forums for manga and light novels even before an anime exists, if the franchise needs it to benefit discussion. Anyway, the linked thread explains more.
