Its impossible to give that kind of list, because not all of them are named.

I will say that he mostly uses Rock Cannon, His Quagmire/Bog spell, and Frost Nova. Oh, and that the King-class water magic is called Lightning. It basically condenses Cumulonimbus into a large lightning bolt. Rudy doesn't use it because even he thinks its impractically overpowered. He does make a more anti-personnel version that he calls Electric Shock, but he can't shield himself from the electricity his own spell emits. His future version could, so that is something to look forward to.

Maou's fiance is the Great Makai, the one who gave Rudy the foreseeing eye.

For now, he only has a daughter by Sylphy. Roxy has barely begun to show at this point, so its impossible to give a gender. He doesn't have any child with Ellis, as they only did it the once and they weren't that unlucky(lucky?).
