Not arguing your point, but to clarify, Madoka's eyes are pink, her ultimate form's are yellow with amber, and Nagisa's eyes are also yellow and orange.
But yeah, they're very similar.
I find it odd that she seems to have two colors in her eyes in the first place. I would point out that they have the same droopy eye shape, but some of the other characters do too..
