I'd go back just a few chapters before that, just to to get a good grasp of how the manga fits in with where the anime transcended into filler. Now, if you actually want to see the fight then go back to 225. I'd recomend it, since it was changed a bit in the anime. I might be biased, but I think the manga is a lot clearer on exactly how Sasuke's sharingan level-up really helped (plus the fact that Naruto didn't stand a chance afterwards, something they completely ignored in the anime) and why it hardly helped at all against Naruto + kyuubi.
