Most likely, but well like the person himself said "Who Knows".....
And while there are some things about Throne itself that may not be resolved yet, in general each work is pretty much complete by their own. I wouldn't be surprised if Masada won't write the continuation of the series for a while or just stopped altogether (but this one is quite unlikely I think).
