At least that's what Masada referred to in his latest tweet, actually there have been a few term used already (Kami-sama, Kamiza, etc). Shinza Bansho is just a more detailed version of Kamiza/Shinza (God's Seat/Throne) and probably just for being official and looks fancy (Masada being Masada), though, I think some people will still use the previous term.
