I would like to ask a simple question: Is Fairy Tail a good anime and worth watching?

Yeah, I know that this is a really bad and inaccurate question, so if you could, could you tell me what other anime is Fairy Tail like?
What other animes are like Fairy Tail?

Is it like Bleach or Naruto?
Does it have more Comedy? Action? Romance?
