Im just wondering how Shingetsutan Tsukihime, is linked to Fate/Stay Night?

i know Fate/Atraxia is linked to F/S N but being set fourdays after the holy grail war.
Also is Atraxia likely to become an anime too? (an OVA perhaps?)
