As a shounen anime I just assume any romantic stuff will be, at most, done humorously and never really resolved lol. I know romance isn't a part of the regular shounen formula, but would it kill writers to just once devote some serious writing to it?
Personally, Natsu strikes me as still mostly oblivious to romantic feelings. If there is any romance progress, I'd hope it for Juvia to finally get Gray. Poor girl has been pining this long, throw her a bone already
