Take note that every one of these characters are thousands if not millions of times greater then Issei who destroyed a mountian in volume 2. Only a nuke is capable of such level of energy output to destroy a mountian and it has to be concentrated. Because all the mythical factions are...
1.) Too busy fighting each other either actively or in a "cold war"/ MAD stand off.
2.) Using human belief systems as a "power source" through prayer and worship.
In short, they don't WANT to destroy humanity.
