crayven: it's pretty much what it looks like. Mikono's ordering Amata around (carry her stuff, go buy some food), Amata's cheerfully doing what she says, Zessica's trying unsuccessfully to get Amata's attention. The third panel with the dark cloud has Mikono rhetorically asking Amata "I wonder why it is that you'll fly for anyone?" and Amata apologizing to her.
Not 100% sure on the bottom caption. It's probably saying "Zessica: hopeless to the point it's cute" or "Zessica: pitiable to the point it's cute", but wouldn't mind a second opinion.
