That makes sense given here the Einzberns, Makiri and Tohsaka did not cooperate as far as we know.

Einzberns provides the grail. Hence Kiritsugu's rebellion here. Unlike his Fate Stay Zero version saving his family was more important than saving the world. He can't sacrifice either Irisviel or Illya.

The Tohsaka's provides the land where the Fuyuki grail war should have been. Rin is ignorant of any such history.

The Makiri/Matou invented the Servant system. We only know a Sakura Matou exists.

I'm betting in Drei we'll get the Matou's into the picture. And it relates to Miyu being a vessel for the grail much like Sakura was planned to be by Zouken.
