Feel a bit bad for him with sometimes getting shafted. The loss against Bixlow was just weak and an attempt to remove him so Lucy could have her chance to shine. Should have just given Laxus more lackeys.

i'm glad they did an arc on him too, really makes the stripping a hundred times more tolerable to me. He's the only character to explain why he casts his magic the way he does.
