The girl's got a iphone, so the story should take place around the same time period as Stone Ocean. Weird stuff happened at Morioh...walls featuring "eyes" appeared after an earthquake.
A guy named Higashikata Joushuu appears in this chapter, and nope, he's not gap-toothed guy. Gap-toothed guy is basically John Doe. He appeared completely naked (no wait, he's got a sailor hat!) in the middle of nowhere and has no memories. Interesting trivia: he's got four testicles. The narration put a lot of emphasis on that so it's probably important. Gonna lol so hard if he somehow uses them to fight. I wouldn't put it past Araki
