To elaborate, Mugino is the fourth ranked Level 5 and Kihara Amata is Accelerator's old ability developer. Mugino will appear in the second season of Railgun (it's pretty much guaranteed by its popularity that there will be one) and Kihara will appear in the last arc of this season.
Also, it's quite funny seeing Kuroko beat up Acqua.
And Kihara is in this game? Since Accel and Tsuchimikado already know each other, isn't it impossible for Kihara to be here?
