Kuroko-chan, much like her anime counterpart is virtually untouchable. A potent balance between speed, power, skill, range AND close combat, she is STILL pound for pound the most versatile warrior in Academy City.
Oh, and although she's not that tough on her own, Misaka Imouto is worth playing to see her Finishing Ultra alone.... talk about overkill!!
