I <3 Blind Target but I classify all the interquels as semi-canon. Akemi Omode wrote BT brilliantly though. She developed it all so well.

Agreed on all counts. I picked up
Blind Target at a convention a year ago and really enjoyed it. Not only was it written well but the artwork was just as good in my opinion.
The reason I consider it canon is because unlike
Ground Zero and
Tiel's Impulse, it had series staff-writers working on it and there aren't plot points that contradict with the series.
