Yeah, the only things they did in 0083 was donate the Neue Ziel and rescuing Delaz's surviving troops.
Though WHY they gave it to them I don't know, since if they had kept it and the Z'od-iacok rather than "donating" them to Delaz and the New Desides respectively and, instead, used them against the Federation/Titans/AEUG, situations in Zeta and ZZ could've drastically changed given their sheer demonstrated power on paper and in action.
