Whoa. Been a long time since I visited the fan creations thread...I tried picking up Photoshop once more, hit a wall and decided to put it aside while concentrating on more pressing matters. Not sure when I'll make a (belated) comeback in this field.
To your first question - I use an image rotator, so each time you refresh the page (F5 button), a different sig will be displayed. That put aside, I only know the girl in the 'Aya' sig. That's Aya Natsume from
Tenjou Tenge. The others, I picked them up from Minitokyo's Others/Various sections, and not even half of those scans had names or references to offer.
To the second, Suigintou is a major character from the
Rozen Maiden series.
And, yes, both have been animated.
