She knows that Zero = Lelouch Lamperouge, but does she know that Lelouch Lamperouge = Lelouch vi Britannia? I don't think so.
I also don't think Lelouch Lamperouge is one to talk about his family much, so I don't see how she would be able to understand his motivations.
