Nice catch.
Come to think of it, I am actually somewhat disppointed that Takano is (for now at least) the mastermind, it was a bit too obvious. Though her going all moe and cute when she entered the shrine warehouse was a nice combination of red herring and genuine clue. I can imagine her gleefully lighting up the fuse by killing Rika just to see what happens as indicated by the tip but why do the Yamainu follow her? Why do "some people in Tokyo" want the Hinamizawa "bomb" to explode? Just to expose the government's failing seems quite an inadequate motive. If there is a vaccine how come the illness still exists? Many unaswered questions, should be a fun ride from now to te end.
I was frankly getting a bit tired of the Satoko affair, so the second half of this episode was much more appreciated than the first.
