It have not been announced about would the game be region-locked. Even if it does, it only take a few steps for android to play the game.

Started playing already, but seem to have run into a problem :(
Everytime I try Scouting a 5 stone player, I get some sort of error code BNE001?

Would anyone playing this game who knows Japanese know what the issue is?
I can pretty much do anything and everything else in the game, I just can't use my stones to gatcha new characters :(

Any idea how to go about that? I connected my phone to a server in Japan and tried to download it but it didnt do the job. I also tried to sign up for a gmail account in japan but it said my phone number wasnt valid.

Is there a way to update your age in the game to be able to use IAP? I put the wrong date and now it thinks I'm too young. Flipped through just about every option I can rummage through but haven't found it yet.

There is 3 types of scouting, the free 1 on the right the 1 on the left that costs gems and a 2nd one in the middle. How do you get the gems for the middle 1? Something about fairy medals?
